The apps included do not refer to the internal flash memory and external micro SD card uniformly so novice users may be confused where their data is being stored. You have to find several key apps on the Net, download them to a PC and then sideload them to the unit and then install them. It isn't the "unpack, turn on, go direct to an app store" process that many buyers expect. There is a higher learning curve on this. I haven't figured out how to connect to the web in any way other than wifi, meaning you need to use mobile hotspot if you want to browse the web on the move, for me I would rather just use my smartphone. I feel like I have to be overly ginger and accurate when using the touch screen. The included web browser is slow, I haven't yet been able to install chrome to see if it's any faster.
